This is a small, run of
the mill, nothing done for 20 years condo that
the owners used as overflow for guests and
rented part of the year.
We literally gutted the
place, replaced the cabinetry, countertops,
lighting and furnishings with clean lines,
multi-purpose furniture, attractive accessories,
window treatments, and bedding, painted the huge
oversized white fireplaces with faux finishes.
The result is a more in demand unit, better
rentals, and an overall feel of luxury.
