This place was quite a challenge and a bit of fun.  We were called in by a realtor to see if we could "stage" it because the owners have 2 sons ready for college.  It had been in the rental pool but not doing well at all. 

 The interesting thing about this house is that it is round.  Kind of like a treehouse perched on a hillside.  All the rooms inside are rounded. 

 

The main floor has the standard kitchen, avocado fridge, dinette area, and living area.  There is also a master and bath.  The staircase to the lower level is naturally round.

 With a limited budget we decided to brighten up things  using a 50's theme. We painted the cabinets and walls in primary colors, used bright fabrics to cover existing cushions and seats and carried the theme downstairs with a multi use game table, adding a tiny service kitchenette under the stairs and new lighting.  It turned out to be a hit and the only problem is that the owners have decided postponing the sale of the property as they are enjoying it so much!
